Arc

This is my lovely artificial elemental Arc, short for Project Arcadia. He was created to terraform the earth to repair the damage done by humanity. He can make plants grow and control them with some accuracy. He can be a bit sassy when he feels his freedom is compromised. He aches to be around nature and is a bit uncomfortable with large groups, and women.
